Imagination Skills Development and Training Centre (ISDTC) is a registered enterprise with Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) with its headquarters in Pretoria South Africa. ISDTC is a member of leadway Academy Holding. ISDTC came into existence with a view to assist individuals, companies and organisations within the public, private and developmental sectors in achieving their personal, organisational goals and objectives by enhancing their management, leadership potentials and implementation of Information Technology techniques to solve organisational problems through training programmes tailored specifically to their organisational and personnel development needs. ISDTC is distinguishing itself as a centre of excellent learning, research and more.
Since inception, our developmental programmes has been focused on innovative, high quality standards of products and services, the Centre is increasingly expanding its clients base to include many public and private sectors of various economic areas of the nations in the world. ISDTC was setup on a highly standardised platform when compared with other educational training institutes which may be within the same educational sector as ours. With state of the art educational facilities in place and highest standard of academic rigours with qualities.
ISDTC is an increasingly, fast growing institution of dynamic training in South Africa and across the continent of Africa. ISDTC is proud and dedicated in serving the public and private sector in various areas of the continent's economy and the world at large. The Company has been divided into four Units based on the categories of the Training Programmes it offers. These four Units are; Finance & Management Centre (FMC) handling Management and Financial related courses, Information Technology Centre (ITC) handling Information and Communication Technology related courses, Agricultural & Rural Development Centre (ADC) handling Agricultural Management related courses and lastly, General Studies Centre (GSC) handling group courses which cannot be categorized under any of the three above-mentioned.
Imagination Skills Development and Training Centre (ISDTC) curriculum is guided by the policy formulation of Further Education and Training (FET) Colleges as speci?ed by the Department of Higher Education in South Africa. Our institute is currently discharging her duties in South Africa. Some of the countries we intend to establish our foot print are: Southern Africa countries: Mozambique, Angola, Namibia, Malawi, Botswana, Zambia, Western Africa countries: Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Northern Africa countries: Algeria, Mali, Eastern Africa countries: Tanzania, Kenya, Central Africa countries: Cameroon, Republic of the Congo
Our Vision:
Is to make Imagination Skills Development and Training Centre I(ISDTC) second to non development centre within the continent of Africa, create a bridge in transferring of ever growing knowledge across continent of Africa, to make skills development reachable to all countries of the world at large through excellent training programmes in areas such as leadership, managerial, information & communication technology and other skilled areas designed to bring the best out of the individuals that take part in our training programmes. Which will result in best productivity attainment, through individual effectiveness and ef?ciency.
